ORDER & REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 30 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We strive to provide the best customer service available. Therefore, if you have a problem with the product, you will be allowed a refund in these circumstances: 

- Product is defected.

-Incorrect Size of product has been delivered.

All items returned to us must be in original condition as sent, unworn/unused and sent in the original packaging.

INSTANCES WHERE A PRODUCT CANNOT BE PROVIDED.

-Wrong size has been ordered by the customer, and they have not cancelled the order within the alleged time limit.

- Item has been altered and delivered in different conditions than stated above.

-To file a refund claim, please use the contact support function found across the page alongside your order number.

Any defect claims must be filed within a 14 day period of the order being received, any claims made outside the provided time frame will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Any order can be cancelled within a 15 minute period after the order has been placed. Once this period has passed your order cannot be cancelled. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.

-When cancelling any duplicate orders, the first order will be kept. The second order placed will be refunded.

MAKING A RETURN

Please return to the address provided, on the return address when you receive your tracking code.

GIFT CARDS:

Any gift cards are non-refundable.
