Orders & Returns Policy – ANIMAG

At ANIMAG, we produce premium streetwear through exclusive drops and limited releases. Due to the nature of our production, all orders are handled with care and efficiency.

REFUNDS & ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item received)

All items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

IMPORTANT TIMEFRAMES

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If no contact is made within this timeframe, we will assume the order was received successfully. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for support.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The item has been worn, used, or altered
• The item is returned in a different condition than received
• The issue is reported outside the allowed timeframe
• The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

Due to limited production runs, orders cannot be refunded once processing has begun.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After this window, orders are immediately processed and cannot be cancelled.

If duplicate orders are placed, we will fulfil one order and refund the duplicate.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return or report an issue, contact us at:

Please include your order number and details of the issue.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
